Update of Teddy Bear

Good Morning all,

I just wanted to share a couple more photo's with you she is still not finished she has no ears, I was working on her until very late last night and would love her to be finished but I have miss placed the mahair I was using and somehow forgot to cut out her ears.  So until I find it she will he half finished. I do love the way she sits with her head to the side.

  I have this peicce of old lace that I handpainted a couple of years ago sitting around her and I love the way it looks and she also has some lace around her head.  And she has no name at the moment! But overall I am so happy with my second bair I am still a beginner but inproving with everyone I do. I hope I can keep inproving as I would like to sell my bears & dolls together! Well this week I have been working on this Little Teddy Bear!

I know he does not have any eyes, nose or ears yet,

But he just looked so cute so I thought I would just take a couple of pictures.

I also got my new shipment of mohair, So when I have some spare time over the holidays I am going to work on a couple of bears bunnys and elephants

Christmas Gift & Tree Trimming

Hand made Christmas gift for someone special!

Our very large Christmas tree with handmade ornaments which we all spend the Evening decorating together with christmas music going this is another tradition we love.

We had a lovely dinner to celebrate puting up the christmas tree we do this each year.

  Any excuse to have a family dinner.

The love of making teddy bears

For so long now I have been wanting to make another bear but I am alway to busy making cloth dolls and I think its because you have to make bears differently to cloth dolls so I keep putting it off I am going to do a couple over the christmas holidays, well that is what I have promised myself.

Chocolate Crow Trader Christmas addition

Hello all,

I thought I would share with you the christmas dolls I will have on the choc crow for this month I was hoping to have more done but late last week I burnt my hand quite badly and could not finish. I will have some more on my selling blog in the coming weeks for christmas, my hand is a lot better now it really makes you realise I so wanted to work on them but the paint was to bad.  I was making afternoon tea for my boys and was making them waffles and burnt my hand on the waffle iron.

Christmas Is Coming

Well I have been working on my christmas stock, and having heaps of fun Christmas time is my favourite time of year.

  This is my first doll I have just completed today for christmas it will be listed on the chocolate crow for this month & will also be on my selling blog on the 7th November.

 This month is "Christmas" theme I was so pleased with my first little dolly I just had to post about it.  I have used a Raggedy Old Annie pattern, Nicole has the most wonderful patterns. I have just received another 4 that I bought a couple of weeks back. Thanks so much Nicole.
  Now back to work to finish off the rest of them sitting on my desk waiting to be dressed.
