tiny tag booklets for 2016

This year I started creating these sweet little altered art tag booklets filled with snippets of lace and fabric also filled with vintage button and flowers. With a gorgeous vintage style image on the front. They contain a couple of pockets for you to store your special items if you like.

I have used extra large size tags 8 cm x 16 cm I them aged the tags before i started the booklet.

Tag Buntings I have created this year

I really love creating these tag buntings. I love to use them as prop's and you will often find them in my etsy store for sale. I always start by aging them with Parisian and vanilla. Then onto creating a design theme.

This is my Christmas theme bunting.

What's new in the studio.

I have been working on a couple of new Christmas tag buntings. I really love the pretty soft colours.

I have used 4 large tags some pretty Christmas scrap-booking paper some of my vintage lace, buttons, and some pearl trim.

I made this tiny altered book to go with one of my vintage style teddy bears. 

it contains some vintage french lace, a sweet fabric image vintage buttons and flower trim.

Here they are together, she didn't last long in my etsy store, she has already started her long journey to Japan.

The teddy is wearing a handmade dress using calcio and some pretty lace and seam binding trim.

New in the Studio

So back in June I decided to buy my first Blythe doll, after many months of research I decided to take the plunge and buy one, I was going to have her customized and then decided i would give it a go myself. I had such a wonderful time changing her and for my first attempt I am really happy

So i got to working on making her some new clothes, then decided i would start selling them. They are so cute and tiny. what fun i am having, now i just need to make some tiny friends to go with her.

You can find most of the dresses and bloomers in my etsy store, I have sold about 4 dresses already.

This vintage lace dress was one of my latest creations and has been sold and on it way to the US.

This gorgeous vintage lace hat I made to go on a Blythe doll and and currently working on a matching dress.

I love the back of this dress i have used small eyelets and seam binding ribbon to lace it up like a corset
